All Users do not have any of the following limitations: No per download fees. No bandwith limitation. Speed Limitation, what our servers can handle is what users get. No selection limitation, all users are granted full access to all movies inside the members area. However, all accounts terminiate within the duration of the membership type (up to 2 years) including "unlimited" membership, which doesn't have any limitation what so ever but a life-span duration of 2 years. After an account reaches it's maximun life-span it is terminated. "Unlimited Movie Downloads" meaning, after a one time fee, all members are free to download any movie they wish with no limitation, for a period of time specified in their membership type. Downloads are free of any further charges accept the initial registration fee. Members are allowed to download the same movie as many times as they want, from as many computers they wish.. There can not be more than one computer logged into the same account on the same time.

Non-Commercial/Personal Use Limitation and guidelines:
TheMoviesCapital.com grants you this license for the limited purpose of personal use, and not for any commercial purpose. No business entity (e.g., corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship) is licensed to use this Site. You hereby agree not to use the Site, the Materials, or any element or portion thereof (including, without limitation, e-mail addresses of users), for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Services Offered To Members:

TheMoviesCapital.com offers its Site services for entertainment purposes only. TheMoviesCapital.com does not warrant the truth or validity of the information contained on its site. You acknowledge and understand that, because of the possibility of human and mechanical error, mistakes or omissions in the data or information provided, delays or interruptions of the data or information stream from whatever cause, as well as other factors, TheMoviesCapital.com is not responsible for errors in or omissions from the information contained or accessed through the Site.

Streaming/Downloading of Site Content:

Certain of the Site Content may be available on a streaming basis, certain of the Site Content may be available on a download basis and certain of the Site Content may be available on both, a streaming and download basis, all as determined by TheMoviesCapital.com in its sole discretion from time-to-time.. Depending upon the geographic location of the user, the equipment that the user is using to access the Site, the bandwidth available to the user and other factors, certain users may not have access to streaming and/or downloadable Site Content or have a slower download/streaming experience.

Username/Password Policy:

TheMoviesCapital.com will monitor suspicious account activities and in extreme circumstances if deemed
neccasery terminate accounts without any warning should it be decided the account holder has
violated the terms-of-use which he/she has agreed upon.

 
Refund Policy:

All paid customers are entitled to ask for a full refund up to 56 days from the date of  initial account setup. Members can request a full or partial refund for their membership and close the account by sending an email to support@moviescapital.com with the following details:

1. Date of purchase, sum of purchase and receipt.
2. Full name and email address used for registeration.
3. username and password for TheMoviesCapital.com
4. Reasonable and authentic, refund request (our system allows us to see data about member accounts).

* TheMoviesCapital.com do not consider the following arguments as "Reasonable and authentic refund requests":
"I didn't know how many movies are in the members area",  " I didn't know which movies are in the members area" , or "i thought the service was something else" are not reasonable reasons, as prior to registeration to TheMoviesCapital.com you as a member are obligated to accept these terms of use and the service and content is clearly stated.

*After downloading/watching movie/s inside the members area, all sales are final.

 

Objectionable Material:

You understand that through your use of the Site you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as such. You agree to use the Site at your sole risk and that TheMoviesCapital.com shall have no liability to you for the type of content that you may access, including without limitation content that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

No Right To Continued Service
